What is embroidery digitizing?

Embroidery machines cannot read standard image files such as PNG, JPG, SVG, or PDF. Before your design can be embroidered, it must first be digitized.

Digitizing is the process of converting your artwork or logo into a specialized embroidery file by manually assigning stitch types, stitch direction, density, sequencing, underlay, and other settings. This allows the embroidery machine to accurately recreate your design with thread.

Please Note

• This listing is for the digitizing service only. It does not include a finished embroidered item.
• A digitizing fee is typically a one-time setup fee per design. Once your design has been digitized, it can usually be reused for future orders of the same size and design without paying another digitizing fee, unless changes are requested.
• If your artwork is highly detailed or requires extensive editing, an additional fee may apply. We will contact you before any additional charges are made.
• Ownership of the digitized embroidery file remains with Kayla's Kraftique, LLC. The fee covers the service of preparing your design for embroidery and use on your order. If you would like to purchase the embroidery file for personal or commercial use, please contact us for pricing.
